2 Enfermeros/as hospitalización para León HM Hospitales S.A. selecciona 2 ENFERMEROS/AS DE HOSPITALIZACIÓN para sus centros ubicados en León (León). Funciones: Atención y cuidados integrales al paciente durante su ingreso. Administración de medicación según prescripción médica. Monitorización de constantes y registro en historia clínica. Coordinación con el resto de profesionales sanitarios. Acompañamiento al paciente y a su familia durante el proceso asistencial. Requisitos: Grado o Diplomatura en Enfermería. Colegiación en vigor. Al menos 1 año de experiencia. Se valorará experiencia previa en hospitalización. Se ofrece: Contrato indefinido. Jornada completa. Incorporación inmediata. Centro de trabajo: HM San Francisco o HM Regla, a elegir.…
