As Director, Medical Policy, you will be part of the Novartis Chief Medical Office, playing a pivotal role in developing, implementing, maintaining, and governing enterprise-wide medical, patient-related, and research & development policies and guidelines. A key area of focus will be shaping policies for the communication and dissemination of scientific evidence in an increasingly AI-enabled landscape.
