About the Role We're looking for a performance-focused Video Editor to create high-converting direct response ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other paid channels. This isn't a cinematic editing role. We care about hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and conversions. Every edit should be built to sell. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists to turn scripts into ads that capture attention, keep viewers watching, and drive purchases.
