Grifols International S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the EMEA Customer Marketing department. What your responsibilities will be Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region: - Request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications. - Check needs and inform about new materials available. - Create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date. Update with available approved localized materials. Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates. Control of expiry dates and preparation of new Sharefolder.…
