MISIÓN: Apoyar la integración transversal de centros médicos adquiridos/integrados en la aseguradora, asegurando la alineación de marca, experiencia cliente, estrategia comercial y ecosistema digital. Actuar como nexo entre múltiples áreas (Marca, Marketing, Comunicación, Digital, Distribución) para garantizar un lanzamiento exitoso y coherente. FUNCIONES: Marca y Experiencia Cliente Coordinar la implementación del nuevo posicionamiento e identidad visual en todos los centros Revisar, actualizar y adaptar el brandbook a contexto sanitario Diseñar la experiencia física y digital del paciente (espacios, señalética, elementos de bienvenida) Gestionar la selección de elementos de experiencia (mobiliario, decoración, tecnología en centros) Supervisar contenidos para pantallas y soportes…
