Service Manager para clientes Hyperescalares. Responsable del área de Operaciones del datacenter para cliente Hyperescalar, responsable de gestionar el rendimiento de los servicios prestados a los clientes según el contrato acordado y de garantizar que se alcanzan los niveles de servicio establecidos. Asesoría y apoyo a cliente en materia de estandarización en IL y CD (Interceptación de las Comunicaciones y Conservación de Datos). FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDAD DEL PUESTO Ser el interlocutor ante cliente durante las distintas fases del servicio de Housing, así como ante las áreas internas de la compañía.
