Responsable de todas las tareas administrativas y operativas del departamento. Es responsable de que las habitaciones y áreas públicas cumplan con los estándares del hotel y marca, se asegura que se implementen los procedimientos de limpieza. Responsabilidades principales: Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias de limpieza en habitaciones y áreas comunes.
