Coordinar, supervisar y proporcionar orientación técnica al equipo de Asistentes de Protección, asegurando la correcta implementación de las actividades de protección conforme a los estándares, procedimientos operativos y principios de la OIM. Organizar y distribuir las tareas diarias del equipo, garantizando una cobertura adecuada de los servicios de protección y una atención oportuna a las personas residentes en el recurso. Supervisar la realización de evaluaciones de vulnerabilidad y necesidades de protección efectuadas por el equipo, velando por la calidad, coherencia y correcta aplicación de los criterios de identificación de casos.…
