People Relations Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO You will lead and drive the People Relations agenda across the market, ensuring compliance, supporting business goals, and creating an outstanding colleague experience. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders while providing expertise in labour relations, employee relations, health and safety, policy implementation, and organisational change. Your responsibilities include: Leading and developing the Market People Relations strategy aligned with the H&M Group Colleague Strategy. Coaching and supporting leaders on strategic and operational people matters. Managing labour law, industrial relations, union and works council relationships, and collective bargaining negotiations. Ensuring compliance with local legislation, policies, and internal governance processes.…
