Assistant manager (jefe/a de tienda) para Salamanca Primark selecciona ASSISTANT MANAGER - JEFE/A DE TIENDA para Salamanca. Funciones: Impulsar ventas y optimizar el desempeño. Gestión de stock y presentación visual de los productos. Colaboración en la planificación de tareas y horarios. Colaboración y apoyo al Store Manager. Requisitos: Estudios universitarios de ADE, Marketing e investigación de mercados, MBA o similar. Experiencia en gestión de equipos, especialmente en entornos dinámicos. Buen nivel de inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas, incluyendo la lengua de signos). Capacidad de organización y planificación. Habilidades de liderazgo y de gestión de situaciones complejas.
