The primary purpose of this role is to manage, lead and co-ordinate Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) teams, and their on-site leaders, to ensure that teams are operating at the highest quality and productivity standards, that they have high levels of morale and retention, and the agreed client requirements are entirely satisfied so that client expectations are met or exceeded through effective leadership and quality operational management. This person will be a key point of contact for the clients from an operational management point of view, a key point of contact to link with Senior Management and their peers across Europe.
