Revenue Operations Manager

As we scale our commercial team, we are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build the processes, data, and tooling that let the sales team run efficiently and predictably, from first contact to deal signing. This position is based in our Girona office, and reports to our VP Sales. Key Responsibilities Own the CRM (data quality, pipeline stages, automation) and the broader sales tech stack, ensuring tools are configured, adopted, and integrated correctly. Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes across the funnel: outbound (BDR), pipeline management (AE), pre-sales/solutioning, and handover to onboarding. Build and maintain sales reporting and dashboards (pipeline, conversion, forecast, quota attainment) for VP Sales and leadership.…
