The Role This is a foundational role: you will be the first person to lead our Compensation & Benefits function globally. You'll build on a workstream the team has been carrying forward, giving it dedicated leadership; shaping Fever's compensation and benefits principles as we grow. As Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will own and lead Fever’s global compensation and benefits strategy across all teams in more than 35 countries. You will be responsible for ensuring that our salary structures, performance and rewards programs, and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with Fever’s business strategy and values.…
