Introduction to role: This role is based in Barcelona, with an on-site commitment of three days a week. Fluency in English is required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing outsourcing and facilitating the delivery of Cell Therapy Enterprise activities across portfolio projects, currently focused on preclinical programs. You’ll ensure that these activities are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards. Additionally, you’ll ensure that project teams adopt the required tools, processes, and outsourcing ways of working. You’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of existing tools and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring business continuity in scientific project management.…
