Encargado/a de obra de edificación para Salamanca Construcciones Prieto Sierra SA selecciona un/a ENCARGADO DE OBRA DE EDIFICACIÓN para Salamanca. Funciones: Gestión de obra asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos. Desarrollo y actualización de planes de trabajo. Supervisión y control del desarrollo de las diferentes fases de la obra. Implementación y supervisión las medidas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Realización de inspecciones periódicas en obra. Requisitos: Estudios mínimos: Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura Técnica o similar. Experiencia mínima: 5 años en gestión ejecución de obras de edificación. Excelentes capacidades de planificación, organización y toma de decisiones.…
