The Role As our VIP Strategy & Growth Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how WPT Global identifies, develops, and retains its most valuable players. Working closely with the VIP and Data teams, you will focus on developing and refining growth strategies for both existing VIPs and high-potential players. You will use player behaviour, gaming patterns, segmentation, and performance data to identify opportunities that increase engagement, progression, retention, and reactivation. This is a highly analytical and strategic role, suited to someone who understands the commercial value of VIP players and can turn player data into clear, actionable strategies.…
