SHOP MANAGER - BOUT. L'ILLA Reportando al Regional Sales Manager, serás responsable de la gestión integral del punto de venta, liderando el área comercial y al equipo de tienda. CONTAREMOS CONTIGO PARA… Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares PANDORA en la presentación del producto, el logro de objetivos comerciales y la excelencia en la atención al cliente. Establecer objetivos individuales, controlar presupuestos y organizar horarios del equipo, alineándolos con los objetivos de productividad. Analizar el rendimiento de la tienda a través de los principales indicadores (KPI) e impulsar acciones para mejorar los resultados. Implementar acciones comerciales y campañas de Visual Merchandising. Formar al equipo para ofrecer la mejor experiencia posible a nuestros Fans.…
