Encargado/a de Edificación Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Edificación para supervisar y coordinar todas las fases de proyectos de construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad. Responsabilidades del Puesto** * Supervisar y coordinar equipos de trabajo en obra, incluyendo personal propio y subcontratistas. * Planificar y organizar las actividades diarias de construcción, asignando tareas y recursos. * Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. * Controlar la calidad de los materiales y la ejecución de los trabajos, asegurando que se ajusten a los planos y especificaciones técnicas. * Realizar el seguimiento del cronograma y el presupuesto del proyecto, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo soluciones.…
