The role ensures projects are executed effectively, on time, within scope and budget, while driving measurable business impact and supporting organizational transformation goals. Unlike a traditional Senior Project Manager focused on the end-to-end delivery of a single initiative, this role provides cross-stream oversight and program-wide coordination, supporting the Head of Transformation in consolidation, reporting and risk analysis.
