Job Description: Accountabilities To support the EAE GRUEMA training department in the definition, development, evaluation, and improvement of their training program assuming the arrival of the new C295 platform supporting them to build the new syllabus for GRUEMA transport course. The position is based in Matacán. Main roles and responsibilities for this position: ● Collect and analyze EAE operational requirements. ● Identify training needs for each target population. ● Identify critical skills, knowledge, behaviors, and performance conditions. ● Prioritize tasks based on operational criticality and risk. ● Identify gaps in curriculum, instructor qualification, and training support processes to aware GRUEMA.…
