We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private family office. This is a fully remote role within a small team. You'll source across a range of areas — private household and lifestyle staff, finance, and legal consultants. What You'll Do: Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offer. Source and map candidates across private household/lifestyle roles, finance, and legal consultants — proactively, rather than relying only on inbound applications. Manage candidate communication with discretion, given the sensitivity of a family office environment. Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit. Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes.…
