El/la HRBP es el socio estratégico de negocio de su área de responsabilidad (campus, unidad de negocio, Staff, faculty…): es la persona a quien los managers acuden antes de tomar una decisión con impacto en las personas. Su valor está en anticipar, dar contexto y conectar cada decisión de negocio con su implicación en las personas, la organización, los costes y los riesgos laborales asociados. El/la HRBP tiene un rol matricial en el que da soporte al negocio, al que entiende con profundidad (P&L, prioridades, tensiones); y garantiza el roll-out de las políticas y procesos de las áreas especialistas de RRHH, cuya visión y estándares defiende y aplica con coherencia.…
