The increasing complexity of the regulatory environment, technological transformation, operational dependencies, and the rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence require ING to strengthen its ability not only to identify and remediate risks, but to anticipate, prevent and structurally eliminate them. Within ODCR, this role will focus on building a more predictive, data-driven and prevention-oriented approach to Non-Financial Risk Management, bridging the gap between risk management, control design, and process…
