Gestión de calidad en proyectos TI, supervisando cumplimiento de requisitos establecidos (funcionales y no funcionales) e implantación de controles de calidad en cada etapa del desarrollo y despliegue.* Planificar y liderar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con gestión de proyectos y procesos TI. Facilitar dinámicas de resolución de problemas en su área de actividad mediante herramientas estructuradas 8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys.…
