Define Quality and reliability targets for the Platform/P2 project. Setup, monitor and drive the Platform/P2 Quality Improvement Plan to achieve the targets. Pilot the Quality Assurance Plan (Quality Roadmap) for all Platform/P2 projects. Validate the related deliverables on time vs the project planning and at the expected maturity level.…
