En la unidad de Cybersecurity Managed Services de Telefónica nos ocupamos de administrar diferentes soluciones de seguridad (WAF, Clean Email y Security Edge), en la que se gestionan todas las peticiones e incidencias de clientes así como la monitorización de estos. ¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA? Tu misión será formar parte del equipo de trabajo que gestionan servicios integrales de seguridad. Tu día a día: Atención de Buzón de Atención a Usuarios, escrita y hablada en inglés y español. Primer contacto de soporte reactivo. Primer contacto de solicitudes de servicio. Horario de mañana de Lunes a con posibilidad de hacer turnos de manera puntual. Gestión de correo seguro de cliente (análisis de correo, revisión de malware..).…
