buscamos un/a AI Engineer Senior con visión funcional, visión crítica y ganas de asumir cada vez más responsabilidad dentro del equipo. ¿Cuáles son los requisitos? Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones de GenAI con responsabilidad end-to-end. Conocimiento sólido de Python. Conocimiento profundo de LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, búsqueda semántica, RAG y agentes. Experiencia utilizando frameworks de GenAI como LangChain y LangGraph. Experiencia diseñando workflows de agentes, tool calling y procesos de razonamiento controlado. Experiencia integrando modelos mediante APIs y gestionando contexto, latencia, coste, reintentos, caché y límites de consumo. Conocimiento de bases de datos vectoriales, motores de búsqueda y mecanismos de recuperación de información.…
