About the opportunity We are seeking for a Backend Engineer with Full-Stack capacity for our The Agentic Platform Team. You will build the products that let hundreds of engineers and non-engineers at N26 work alongside AI every day. Any engineering background works: backend, frontend, mobile. We care more about how you think and build than where you came from. No prior AI product experience required; we expect you to use AI coding tools daily and push what they can do. In this role, you will: Ship Agentic Workflows: Design and prove the core patterns that let AI agents complete real engineering work from start to finish: context engineering, memory, gated plans.
