Internship: Plastic injection tooling engineer

As a Plastic Injection trainee in Valeo Martos, you will be in charge of supporting injection tooling (molds) development of new headlamp and rearlamp for top car makers in the world, working in a fast paced, international and multicultural environment. Your challenges? You analyze the technical feasibility of single or multi-color injected aesthetic parts You create the specific technical specifications (for predefined parts) for the molds intended for consultation with our mold suppliers You analyze and verify the 3D designs of the molds using CATIA V5 according to a predefined procedure and with a view to launching their manufacturing You monitor the mold tuning phase before transferring them to our production sites You participate with our production teams in the trials and final…
