Job Description: Your primary objective will be to ensure that our aircraft assembly processes are designed and executed under the highest standards of occupational health and industrial efficiency. You will be the key player in adapting the work environment (tools, jigs, flows, and pacing) to the anatomical and physiological capabilities of our operators, preventing musculoskeletal disorders while optimizing industrial performance on the assembly line.
