Asistencia y trato al cliente. Supervisión del pasaje. Control de equipajes. 3. Mantenimiento Preventivo del Vehículo Revisión pre-viaje. Reporte de averías. Conservación. 4. Gestión Administrativa y Seguridad Elaboración de partes. Gestión de incidencias: Redacción de partes de accidentes o reportes de incidencias ocurridas durante el trayecto. Protocolos de emergencia: Actuación conforme a los procedimientos de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales de la empresa ante cualquier siniestro o emergencia.
