Gestión integral de proyectos en entornos bancarios. Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares y stakeholders. Gestión de demanda y backlog en entornos ágiles o híbridos. Anticipación de riesgos y resolución de incidencias. Alineación con procesos, metodologías y herramientas del banco. 🎯 ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Experiencia de al menos 4 años como jefe/a de proyecto en entornos IT. Conocimiento de ecosistemas bancarios. Experiencia en gestión de equipos y comunicación con stakeholders. Capacidad analítica, resolutiva y orientación a resultados. Modelo híbrido de trabajo de 2 días a la semana presenciales en Barcelona.
