¿Qué vas a hacer en Allianz? Como Data Scientist, desempeñarás un papel clave dentro del equipo de Data Analytics, liderando el desarrollo y la operación de modelos avanzados de inteligencia artificial orientados a la retención de clientes y la optimización de cartera en los ramos de Autos y Hogar. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Diseñar, entrenar, calibrar y monitorizar modelos predictivos de churn, garantizando su precisión, robustez y evolución continua. Desarrollar soluciones analíticas avanzadas que permitan identificar riesgos de abandono y oportunidades de optimización de cartera.
