M&A ¿Qué realizarás en esta posición? Realizarás de trabajos de análisis previo y encaje estratégico de proyectos sobre los que se tiene conocimiento en el Área de M&A. Analizarás y elaborarás informes de valoración de las entidades objeto de compra y venta corporativa. Redactarás propuestas, memorandos y presentaciones a los diferentes Órganos de Gobierno del Grupo (Comité de Adquisiciones, Comité Ejecutivo, Consejo,...) Contribuirás en la construcción de modelos financieros, análisis financieros y valoraciones de negocios aplicando diferentes enfoques de valoración (descuento de flujos de caja y análisis basados en múltiplos, entre otros).…
