About this job

You’ll work at the frontline of player protection, where judgement, communication, and analysis matter. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring player behaviour and identifying potential risk patterns Proactively reaching out to at-risk players with support and guidance Blocking underage accounts during registration checks Reviewing self-excluded accounts and processing refund cases when applicable Maintaining detailed case reports and documentation Escalating high-risk cases with clear analysis and recommendations Contributing ideas to improve Responsible Gaming procedures Supporting internal awareness and training initiatives around RG
