About the opportunity We are looking for a Planning Analyst that will be in charge of administering several schedules for different operation areas both front & back-office and steering network resources and capacity KPIs to ensure the achievement of capacity targets and Service Level Agreements. In this role, you will: Maintain network staffing within threshold from scheduling creation through to network capacity management. Manage projects & stakeholders to improve scheduling and capacity management processes with the support of your team and manager. Ensure all service desk tickets and WFM emails are supported within agreed SLA. Regular process review providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve & optimise.…
