¿Qué reto proponemos? Buscamos un/a analista de operaciones de Pagos para un importante cliente del sector bancario. Responsabilidades principales: • Control y gestión de la operativa diaria transaccional de pagos para las sucursales del Grupo Santander. • Seguimiento end-to-end del proceso operativo de pagos. • Resolución y escalado de incidencias operativas. • Captura e imputación de liquidaciones manuales de pagos ordenados por clientes. • Gestión de alertas y colas de reparación de errores en mensajería SWIFT. • Conciliación contable e identificación y resolución de discrepancias en cuentas transitorias y de corresponsales. • Coordinación e interlocución con diferentes equipos para resolver incidencias minimizando el impacto al cliente.…
