Role | Reporting directly into our Pricing Director, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and profitability across Ukio’s portfolio through pricing strategy, commercial deal support, and investment analysis. The key responsibilities within this role will cover helping the Pricing Director define and adjust Ukio’s pricing strategy, supporting Sales with quotations and discount negotiations, and providing pricing and revenue analysis to support the evaluation of new investment opportunities presented to the Investment Committee. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working with pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or mid-term rental.…
