B2B Travel Advisor Support (French Speaker)

About this job

You will work closely with partners across the different markets, gaining exposure to international sales dynamics and developing valuable B2B experience. What will you do? Support travel advisors with inquiries about itineraries, pricing, availability, and policies. Prepare and follow up on quotes to help convert them into bookings. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate. Manage booking-related issues and coordinate internally when needed. Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems. Stay up to date with product updates and promotions. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
