Si disfrutas trabajando con altos estándares de calidad, cuidando cada detalle y creando experiencias gastronómicas memorables para nuestros huéspedes, queremos conocerte. Misión: Elaborar y presentar los platos asignados siguiendo las recetas y estándares establecidos. Preparar y organizar la mise en place de las distintas partidas. Garantizar la calidad, presentación y conservación de los alimentos. Cumplir con las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y APPCC.…
