Misión: Elaborar y presentar los platos asignados siguiendo los estándares de calidad y presentación establecidos. Preparar y organizar las partidas de cocina asegurando el correcto aprovisionamiento de materias primas. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y APPCC. Colaborar con el equipo de cocina para asegurar un servicio eficiente y una excelente experiencia para nuestros huéspedes. Controlar el correcto almacenamiento y conservación de los alimentos.…
