Your key responsibilities The HR Transformation & Technology team within the People Consulting Sub Service Line, focuses on human capital enhancement strategies, the design of operational and organizational models, process reengineering, organizational development, and workforce sizing analysis for third-party entities, both public and private. Key Activities: Conduct client interviews and workshops to gather project information and co-design solutions. Develop and implement human capital enhancement strategies to improve client organizations’ efficiency and effectiveness. Define and optimize operational and organizational models to support clients’ strategic objectives. Lead process reengineering projects to enhance business performance.…
