Role | We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. Working with and reporting directly to our Accounting Manager you will oversee and monitor the maintenance of supplier, accounts, invoices processing, reconciliation and day to day enquiries. You will align and streamline Accounts Payable processes across all entities. Responsibilities | Categorize accounts payable statements and invoices and verify against transactions. Review, approve and process employee expenses payments. Resolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors. Assist with month end financial reporting process. Work with our internal and external key stakeholders. Process purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe.…
