About the Role Intermedia is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our AI product engineering team, focused on building the backend services and platform capabilities that power AI-driven experiences across Contact Center and Unified Communications products. In this role, you will help design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services that support capabilities such as AI Agents, Agent and Supervisor Assist, Intelligent Routing, Customer Insights, and other AI-powered experiences.
