We are looking for an HR Business Partner to integrate our team within the Human Resources Department. Assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes in close partnership with the management of a business unit or department to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals. Participates and supports discussions on Human Resources practices and tools, as recruitment, performance management, performance improvement, development, and succession planning, with designated managers throughout the area's employee lifecycles.
