We count on you to… Configuring systems and supporting users in the execution of HR processes (salary review, KPIs, performance management, and budgeting); Managing and optimising the tools involved in HR processes (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office, etc.), ensuring the implementation of planned developments across different business areas; Updating, managing, and creating databases to monitor process-related indicators, working closely with key stakeholders; Analysing existing processes and proposing improvements; Supporting and managing system releases and implementation projects for new modules.
