We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) for our team. Responsibilities: Provide legal support for expansion into new jurisdictions, including corporate setup, local approvals, and launch-related matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, technology, vendor, partnership, and other business-critical contracts. Lead legal workstreams and coordinate cross-functional projects together with compliance, operations, finance, technology, and leadership teams. Monitor legal and regulatory developments in relevant markets and turn them into clear, practical recommendations for the business Support licensing processes and ongoing legal matters in regulated jurisdictions, including Malta, India, and the UAE/DIFC.
