Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to join Airbus in our GBS office in Lisbon. This role is responsible for the operational IT support for systems and applications in "run mode" ensuring a smooth experience to end-users. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a passion for troubleshooting with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and continuous improvement mindset.
