As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have to participate in the evolution of the Rating and LGD applications used to manage the counterparties rating and LGD calculation. Your role will include: Gathering user requirements, performing requirements’ analysis and writing functional specifications Performing quality assurance, by defining and executing test cases Developing positive relationships with internal clients and stakeholders Designing, documenting and maintaining system processes Providing users with first line support Providing proposals on improving operational efficiency Acting as a mentor to less experienced staff Applying best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.…
