In this role, you will provide remote support to automotive workshops with expert repair and diagnostics abilities for solving issues concerning vehicles throughout Europe. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an Original Equipment (OE) customer and new vehicles with the support of various tools, documents and resources. Your contribution to something big: Professional remote diagnostics and repair support to automotive workshops; Vehicle specific spare parts setting, and support related to the repair of the vehicle; Communicating solutions clearly with our customers via available tools (e.g. email).
